For every cart: how many parcels, whether and how many pallets. As rule conditions in the Rule Builder – you choose shipping method and price as usual.

Carton choice

The manufacturer's original cases stay closed, the rest goes into mixed shipping cartons – standard sizes or your own cartons.

Packing list PDF

For every order: side and top view of every layer, loading order, contents of every unit.

3D view

Rotate pallets and cartons, show and hide layers one by one.

Packing station

Scan the order number, contents per pallet layer, “mark as packed”, totals for today, 7 and 30 days.

Stability rules

Support of every unit, stack heights, load classes, centre of gravity; notes on strapping, edge protectors and load securing.

How it works

  1. For the cart the plugin sends only product data to the Stapelo service: product number, dimensions, weight, quantity and the Stapelo product fields.
  2. The service calculates cartons, parcels and pallets and answers the checkout within 1.5 seconds.
  3. Shopware picks shipping method and price with your rules. After the order, the full pack plan is ready for the warehouse.

No personal data

Your customers' names, addresses, e-mail addresses, order numbers and payment data never leave your shop. The service runs on a server in Nuremberg (Germany). Details: Privacy.
