Requirements

• Shopware 6.7 (from 6.7.2), PHP 8.2 or newer
• Product dimensions and weights maintained in Shopware
• The shop server can reach https://api.stapelo.eaisy.co (outgoing, port 443)
• Recommended: a permanent message queue worker (bin/console messenger:consume)

Installation

1. In the Shopware administration choose Extensions › My extensions › Upload extension and upload the zip file.
2. Install and activate “Stapelo by eaisy”.
3. Open Settings › Extensions › Stapelo: the shop connects itself to the Stapelo service, the 30-day trial starts, and the setup wizard guides you through cartons, pallet, shipping rules and product data.

Subscription

The trial ends automatically and costs nothing. You take out the subscription (€29.90 per month net) in the status card of the Stapelo module with “Take out a subscription” via Stripe; a subscription taken out during the trial starts only when the trial ends. Manage and cancel: “Manage subscription”. Without a subscription the checkout keeps working – with the plugin's weight estimate. The terms apply.

Updates

New versions appear on this page; the status card in the plugin points them out. Install an update as above (upload the new zip file, then “Update”); settings and data are kept. There is no automatic update.

• Subscription: "Take out a subscription" in the status card of the Stapelo module opens Stripe Checkout in a new tab (29.90 EUR per month net plus VAT; a subscription taken out during the free test phase starts only when the test phase ends). With a subscription, "Manage subscription" opens the Stripe customer portal (payment method, invoices, billing address and VAT ID, cancellation at the end of the billing period). The status card shows the subscription state. Requires the Stapelo service with subscriptions (billing).

0.22.0

• Licence in the status card of the Stapelo module: the free test phase (30 days) with the days left, a note 7 days and 2 days before its end, the 7 days after it in which Stapelo still calculates, and the state without a subscription. Staging and development shops (addresses starting with staging., dev. or test., ending in .test, or localhost) are free with up to 200 calculations per day. The button "Take out a subscription" is shown but not available yet.
• Without an active subscription the checkout keeps working: it uses the plugin's weight estimate (and asks the service again only every 10 minutes). Pack plans of orders are not calculated then and not retried; the administrators get one notification per day instead of one per order. "Recalculate" works again once a subscription is active.
• Update hint: when a newer plugin version is on the download page, the status card shows it with a link (no automatic update); a warning appears when the installed version is no longer supported.
• Checkout: any unexpected error inside the plugin's calculation now leads to the weight estimate instead of an error for the buyer.
